Up and coming pencilled or confirmed work

I always check pencilled dates before accepting other offers. Confirmed work is regarded as a solid booking and any subsequent offers will be refused

In the event of a cancellation, I try to be flexible and accommodate the production. In some circumstances I am able to waive fees, however please see below 

• Bectu recommends the following cancellation fees in line with the organisation London
  Freelance: 
• 1-7 days’ notice 100% 
• 8-14 days’ notice 75% 
• 15-21 days’ notice 50% 
• 22-28 days’ notice 25% 

Use of supplied sound equipment

All equipment supplied must be used in accordance with the Sound Department's recommendations

• Radio Mic transmitters and In Ear Monitor packs must be securely attached to the talent / director etc at all times 

• Fitting and removal of lavalier mics must only be done by the Sound Department or the talent / HMA / Wardrobe with prior arrangement 

• Any damage occurring from misuse is chargeable at a minimum of £250 per incident

Payment Terms

Invoices should be settled within 28 days 

Interest is charged at 8% above the base rate for late payment
