Short bio                              

Graduated NFTS in 2011 with a Diploma in Location Sound Recording for Film and TV.
Many years experience in film and TV as Sound Recordist, Sound Assistant and Boom Op. Location Sound Recording Tutor at the London Film Academy and MetFilm school Ealing Studios. Member of the Institute of Professional Sound and The Association of Motion Picture Sound. All my own extensive kit, including multiple radio mic systems, lavs, timecode and comms etc..

I took a picture of the Nagra recorder during a shoot when I was a kid, the significance of which didn't hit me until 25 years later when I decided on sound recording as a career and was lucky enough get into the National Film and Television School, where I graduated with a Diploma in Location Sound Recording for Film and TV 

Prior to that I was a jazz musician and worked in music production. I'm a qualified sound recordist with my own extensive kit, including lavs, booms, timecode and comms etc ... 15 + years experience. I'm a Sound Tutor at the London Film Academy and MetFilm School London on both Documentary and BA courses.

I hold a current Enhanced DBS check and an OFCOM PMSE License for radio kit. I have a full driving license and know my way around all the commonly used cameras from Arris to Reds,  Black Magics and Sonys etc. I have worked for the major broadcasters including BBC One, BBC 2, ITV, ITV 2 , Ch4 and Netflix, Amazon Studios, Sony Pictures, Disney Studios, Universal Films, in TV Drama, Documentary series and Television Commercials. I’ve recorded panel discussions involving multiple participants, with four cameras and ten wireless radio links with auto mixing facilities. Some of my work is on IMDB
